Processing Time All Solace products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.
Shipping Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and order.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
